• STILOGO makes no formal commitment until work has been expressly accepted by both parties. STILOGO will issue a purchase order that the client must validate and return to orden-servicio@stilogo.com.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR WEB SERVICES

• All the prices for services available via shopping cart are final prices (taxes and charges included). All other services will have VAT (where applicable) billed additionally.
• The cost of domain and web hosting are not included. STILOGO will undertake to contract domain and hosting at client request, but future renewals must be paid by the client to the service supplier with whom STILOGO has a collaboration agreement, Cdmon, or another supplier as specified by the user.
• In the case of translation to other languages, the price per word will be calculated using rates current at the time of contract. The Multilingual Module benefits from a 20% discount for translations into English/Spanish.
• As an added value, all websites are search engine friendly on delivery.
• Please note: STILOGO may negotiate these prices in the case of volume/repeat orders.
• NGOs: STILOGO has special rates for accredited NGOs.
• Urgent work: STILOGO applies a 30% surcharge for urgent work. Please consult us.
• First time clients: STILOGO requires a 50% deposit along with the purchase order before starting work.
• Deadlines: will be specified on the purchase order.
• Formats: digital; hardcopy for manuals and documentation.
• Media: delivery of the working website online and (on client demand) on DVD.
• We receive and send work by e-mail, post and courier service.
