  • STILOGO makes no formal commitment until work has been expressly accepted by both parties. STILOGO will issue a purchase order that the client must validate and return to orden-servicio@stilogo.com.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR PALAEOGRAPHY SERVICES

  • All the prices for services available via shopping cart are final prices (taxes and charges included). All other services will have VAT (where applicable) billed additionally.
  • The abstracts do not include a full typed transcript of the document.
  • STILOGO does not undertake transcription of diplomas, certificates, etc. for authentication. We do not undertake research on the structure, form or layout of manuscript documents.
  • Documents should be sent either scanned or in PDF format. In case of photographs, we reserve the right to reject poor quality prints.
  • Please note: STILOGO may negotiate these prices in the case of volume/repeat orders.
  • Urgent work: STILOGO applies a 30% surcharge for urgent work. Please consult us.
  • First time clients: STILOGO requires a 50% deposit along with the purchase order before starting work.
  • Minimum charge: € 30 + VAT (where applicable).
  • Deadlines: will be specified on the purchase order.
  • Media: attached document, via FTP, CD-ROM, DVD, DVD-ROM, etc.
  • We receive and send work by e-mail, post and courier service.
