  • STILOGO makes no formal commitment until work has been expressly accepted by both parties. STILOGO will issue a purchase order that the client must validate and return to orden-servicio@stilogo.com.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR CORPORATE IDENTITY SERVICES

  • All the prices for services available via shopping cart are final prices (taxes and charges included). All other services will have VAT (where applicable) billed additionally.
  • Corporate identity services only include design. STILOGO does not offer printing services. Geographical freedom: STILOGO delivers work in digital native file format; our clients then have the freedom to choose a supplier for printing work whenever and wherever they decide.
  • Assignment of rights is stipulated in the service contract.
  • Please note: STILOGO may negotiate these prices in the case of volume/repeat orders.
  • NGOs: STILOGO has special rates for accredited NGOs.
  • Urgent work: STILOGO applies a 30% surcharge for urgent work. Please consult us.
  • First time clients: STILOGO requires a 50% deposit along with the purchase order before starting work.
  • Deadlines: will be specified on the purchase order.
  • Formats: AI (vectorised), PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, etc.
  • Media: attached document, via FTP, CD-ROM, DVD, DVD-ROM, etc.
  • We receive and send work by e-mail, post and courier service.
